My name is John Popowich, I am the owner/head guide for Action Sturgeon Charters. I have been guiding professionally on the Fraser River for the past 12 years. My fishing obsession started at a young age with family fishing trips to interior lakes fly-fishing for Trout. As I grew older and more independent I was able to discover the local river systems fishing for Salmon and Steelhead. The first time I was offered the chance to pursue Sturgeon on the mighty Fraser, I jumped at the chance and have never looked back. I am here now to share my passion of fishing with you, and hook you into that fish of a lifetime...
